If at first you don't succeed...Retouch it!

I've had these paintings around for some time now.  The more I looked at them, the more I didn't like them.  So I thought, "hey, let's improve 'em!"  So I went back into the background and now I'm much more happier.

Avevo questi dipinti in giro da un po di tempo.  Più gli guardavo e pìu non mi piacevano.  Ho pensato, "ao, miglioramole!".  E così ho rifatto lo sfondo e adesso sono molto più contenta.
