An Alternative to Traditional Framing

An elegant algernative to traditional framing is to simply mount these paintings on a small wood support. 

 Here I have drilled a 1cm. hole and used a strong carpenter's adhesive to fix it to the back of the canvas panel.

 I find that these delicate paintings 'breath' more and I also like the floating effect.
