It took a while for me to settle down this morning and start 'seeing' a subject.  I want to find flowers outside, I think I've had enough of fruit.

Ci ha voluto un po di tempo per mettermi alla mia postazione ed iniziare a 'vedere' il soggetto.  Voglio trovare dei fiori fuori, penso che ne ho avuto abbastanza di questa frutt.

I picked up these little wild flowers on my walk yesterday around Porchiano.  I like their soft colors, it kind of reminds me of cupcake icing.  Spring is sweet!

Ho raccolto questi fiori selvaggi ieri mentre che passeggiavo intorno a Porchiano.  Mi piacciono i colori soffici, mi ricordano alla glace dei cupcakes.  La primavera รจ dolce!

I have time this morning so after I post this duo, which by the way goes great with Taleggio cheese especially as stuffing for tortellini...I'm going for a walk in the countryside to look for places to paint.  

Ho tempo stamattina e dopo che pubblico questo duo, che a proposito si sposano perfettamente col Taleggio sopprattutto per riempire i tortellini...vado a fare una caminata in campagna per cercare luoghi da dipingere.

I like the doily under the fruit, it works like a pedestal and seems to give importance to the orange.  Kind of like what a frame does to a painting.  

Mi piace il centrino in carta sotto la frutta, funge come un piedistallo e sembra dare importanza all'arancio.  E' quello che dovrebbe fare una cornice ad una pittura.
