I really liked the contrast between these two.  I like the way the onion had thrown itself at the vases feet.

Mi piace il contraste fra questi due.  Mi piace come la cipolla si era buttata ai piedi del vaso.

This is yesterday's painting, just didn't have the time to photograph it before.  I like these red winter tomatoes.  They cheer me up, it's almost spring.

Questo è il dipinto di ieri mattina, non avevo tempo di fotografarlo prima.  Mi piacciono questi pomodori rossi d'inverno, mi tirano su, è quasi primavera.

I don't know why but today I'm having difficulty 'seeing' color.  This pear was much more warmer, maybe it's the cold outside my window.

Non so perchè, ma oggi sto avendo difficoltà a 'vedere' i colori.  Questa pera era molto più calda, forse è il freddo fuori dalla finestra che mi condiziona.

I'm reading a book about 'alla prima' painting.  It's given me some insighful information that I'll be putting into practice.
I like the simplicity of this orange.

Sto leggendo un libro sulla pittura 'alla prima'.  Mi ha dato dell'informazione illuminante che metterò in pratica.  
Mi piace la semplicità di questa arancia.
