I ate a couple of these while I painted them.  Their taste is similar to their color, that's to say a bit acid.

I don't know why but it was pretty difficult to paint this &ç#!§ garlic!  In the end I like the gestural quality, the feel of it.  The paintings are getting where I want them to be.

Non so perchè ma era abbastanza difficile dipingere questo &ˆò#!§ aglio.  Alla fine mi piace il tratto, il gesto, la sensazione che mi da.  Mi piace come stanno evolvendo i dipinti.
